There was no pressure to sell our home & property
We are very pleased with Andrew, there was no pressure to sell our home & property. He worked with us daily whether it was through Email, Phone or in Person. We had issues with tenants, we worked through this with the help of Andrew. Closing date was changed numerous times, due to eviction on tenants, he was with us and supported us until we finally closed. Highly recommend Andrew, he is patient, honest, professional and it was a pleasure working with him.
Manatee really came through when we were running out of options when trying to sell our Dad’s home. We didn’t have the cash to fix it up, and we had to quickly relocate due to a new job offer. Andrew was able to close quickly and their offer was very fair. Thanks guys!
